Kevin Brennan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, commercial, and investment properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area, with a strong focus on the GTA West market. As a Partner at CDN Global Indusite, Kevin leads a group of top-producing professionals and brings a client-focused, consultative approach to every assignment, representing both landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial facilities.

With a career in commercial real estate spanning more than three decades since 1991, Kevin has successfully completed over 2,000 transactions representing more than $1 billion in value. His extensive market knowledge, business acumen, and commitment to delivering strategic solutions have consistently earned the trust of clients across a broad range of industries.

Kevin is experienced in managing every stage of the real estate lifecycle, from initial concept through to closing. His expertise includes offering preparation, negotiation of business terms and contractual clauses, as well as the coordination and review of due diligence materials.
A graduate of Ryerson University with a specialization in Marketing, Kevin combines strong analytical insight with practical real estate experience to help clients achieve their business objectives.
